📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the planning, scheduling, and coordination of construction and maintenance projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices.
• Manage a team of workers, including subcontractors, to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Conduct regular inspections to maintain high-quality standards of infrastructure.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to address project requirements and challenges.
• Utilize project management software such as Procore and Microsoft Project.
• Liaise with suppliers and vendors to source materials and equipment.
• Implement cost-saving measures without compromising on quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction and maintenance foreman roles.
• Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects in tropical environments.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian construction laws and regulations.
• Certification in Safety Management Systems (SMS) or equivalent.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Experience with construction management software such as Procore and Microsoft Project.
