Admin Dedicated Server Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Admin Dedicated Server Specialist to manage, optimize, and secure our enterprise-grade server infrastructure. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, performance, and security of our dedicated servers, which support critical business operations for our clients.

As a dedicated server administrator, you will work closely with our team of engineers and IT professionals to implement and maintain server configurations, monitor server performance, and troubleshoot any issues that may arise. You will also be responsible for implementing security best practices, such as regular software updates, firewall configurations, and intrusion detection systems.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain enterprise-grade dedicated server infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Monitor server performance using tools such as Nagios, Zabbix, or PRTG.
• Troubleshoot and resolve server-related issues, including hardware failures, network connectivity problems, and software bugs.
• Implement and maintain security best practices, including regular software updates, firewall configurations, and intrusion detection systems.
• Configure and manage virtualization environments using VMware ESXi or Microsoft Hyper-V.
• Backup and restore server data using tools such as Veeam or Acronis.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to implement new server configurations and features.
• Provide technical support and documentation for server-related issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in dedicated server administration.
• Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix operating systems, including command-line tools and scripting.
• Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware ESXi or Microsoft Hyper-V.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, and VPNs.
• Experience with server monitoring and performance tuning tools such as Nagios, Zabbix, or PRTG.
• Certifications such as CompTIA Server+, VMware VCP-DCV, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate are a plus.
