📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain the pharmacy inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely replenishment.
• Prepare and dispense medications as prescribed by doctors, adhering to strict safety and quality standards.
• Assist in patient consultations, providing information about medications and ensuring patient compliance with prescribed treatments.
• Collaborate with the pharmacy team to ensure smooth operations and high-quality service delivery.
• Follow and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for medication handling and storage.
• Assist in the organization and maintenance of the pharmacy workspace, ensuring a clean and safe environment.
• Provide excellent customer service to patients and healthcare professionals.
• Participate in continuous learning and development to stay updated with the latest pharmaceutical practices and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical products, including their uses, side effects, and storage requirements.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and software, such as SAP or Oracle.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to assist patients and healthcare professionals effectively.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Basic understanding of medical terminology and practices.
• Certification in pharmacy or healthcare assistant is a plus.
