📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist with the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
• Support HR operations by assisting with onboarding new hires and maintaining employee records.
• Conduct initial screenings and provide feedback to candidates.
• Assist with employee engagement activities, such as surveys and feedback sessions.
• Participate in performance management processes, including goal setting and performance reviews.
• Contribute to HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with the HR team to ensure smooth and efficient HR operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interest and knowledge in HR and recruitment processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with HR software and tools, such as BambooHR, Greenhouse, or similar.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proactive and detail-oriented with a strong commitment to excellence.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks effectively.
