📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Teach courses in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, including topics such as organizational behavior, job analysis, and employee selection.
• Conduct research in the field of Industrial and Organizational Psychology and publish findings in academic journals.
• Mentor and advise students on academic and career-related matters.
• Collaborate with other faculty members and industry partners to enhance the curriculum and research opportunities.
• Participate in university-wide committees and activities related to the Faculty of Psychology.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Master's degree in Psychology, Industrial and Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
• PhD in Psychology, Industrial and Organizational Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in a higher education institution.
• Strong research background and publication record in the field of Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
