📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Maintain and repair injection molding machines to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
• Perform routine maintenance and preventive measures to extend the lifespan of the machinery.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Calibrate and adjust machines to meet production specifications and quality standards.
• Monitor machine performance and implement improvements to enhance productivity.
• Conduct safety inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Collaborate with the production team to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational excellence.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in injection molding machinery maintenance and repair.
• Proven expertise in operating and maintaining injection molding machines, including but not limited to, hydraulic and electric systems.
• Familiarity with PLC programming and troubleshooting.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and compliance with industry standards.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Proficiency in using tools and equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and other diagnostic tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
