📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Visit customers' homes and businesses to collect overdue payments.
• Negotiate settlements and provide financial advice to customers.
• Manage and update collection records using SeaBank's proprietary collection software.
• Plan and optimize collection routes using Google Maps and GPS.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Ensure compliance with SeaBank's policies and procedures.
• Provide regular reports on collection activities and outcomes.
• Collaborate with the operations team to improve collection processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in debt collection or a related field.
• Proven track record of successful debt collection and recovery.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with SeaBank's proprietary collection software and Google Maps.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
