As a Goods Receiving Assistant, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire receiving process, from supplier coordination to quality control and inventory management. You will work closely with our team to ensure that our inventory is accurate, up-to-date, and ready for distribution.

Based in Canggu, Bali, you will be part of a vibrant and growing team, contributing to the success of Trendcell's operations in this beautiful region.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the entire receiving process, including supplier coordination, quality control, and inventory management.
• Ensure that all received goods are accurately recorded and inventoried in our system, such as SAP or similar ERP software.
• Inspect incoming goods to ensure they meet our quality standards and supplier specifications.
• Work closely with our team to resolve any discrepancies or issues with received goods.
• Maintain a clean and organized receiving area, ensuring that all goods are stored safely and securely.
• Assist in the preparation of purchase orders and invoices for received goods.
• Monitor inventory levels and alert the team when stock is low or needs to be replenished.
• Participate in regular inventory audits and reconciliations to ensure accuracy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently.
• Proficiency in using inventory management software, such as SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Familiarity with quality control processes and procedures.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to operate a forklift or other warehouse equipment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
