📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's goals
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards
- Manage cash flow, liquidity, and financial risk
- Lead financial reporting and analysis to support decision-making
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external auditors and financial advisors
- Drive financial innovation and process improvements
- Represent the company in financial negotiations and partnerships
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial leadership roles
- Proven track record of driving financial performance and growth
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements
- Experience with financial software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar
- Certifications such as CPA, CMA, or CFA are a plus
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
