📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for software, hardware, and services,Collaborate with product teams to gather information and ensure accuracy of documentation,Write clear, concise, and user-friendly manuals, guides, and tutorials,Edit and proofread documents to ensure high-quality standards,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Provide technical support to customers and internal teams through documentation,Contribute to the improvement of existing documentation processes,Work with designers to ensure visual consistency in documentation

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing,Strong writing and editing skills with excellent attention to detail,Familiarity with technical software and hardware,Experience with documentation tools such as Markdown, Confluence, or similar,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines,Excellent communication and collaboration skills,Fluency in English, both written and spoken
