📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Create and maintain technical documents, including manuals, guides, and user manuals.
  • Work with engineering and product teams to ensure that technical documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Collaborate with other departments to gather information and ensure that technical documentation meets the needs of the end user.
  • Review and edit technical documents to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency.
  • Develop and implement processes and tools to streamline the technical writing process.
  • Provide technical writing training and support to other team members as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.
  • Contribute to the development of our technical writing style guide and other documentation standards.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical writing.
  • Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to explain them clearly and concisely.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Familiarity with technical writing tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
