NOVU BUILDERS CORP is seeking a skilled Site Engineer/QA/QC to join our team for Civil and Drainage projects in Canggu, Bali. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of high-profile projects and contribute to the success of our company.

As a Site Engineer/QA/QC, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction process, ensuring quality control, and managing project timelines. You will work closely with our project managers, architects, and contractors to deliver projects that meet our clients' expectations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the construction process, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and identify potential issues.
  • Perform quality control and quality assurance tasks to ensure the work meets our high standards.
  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to manage project resources and timelines.
  • Prepare and submit regular progress reports to project managers and clients.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and best practices.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to junior staff and contractors.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in site engineering or QA/QC for civil and drainage projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for project management and documentation.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
