📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement quality assurance strategies for semiconductor manufacturing processes.,Conduct root cause analysis and corrective action plans to address quality issues and improve process performance.,Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and new technologies.,Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and Infineon's quality policies and procedures.,Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior quality engineers.,Support the development and execution of quality improvement projects.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall quality and productivity.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality engineering in semiconductor manufacturing.,Strong understanding of statistical process control (SPC) and quality management systems (QMS).,Experience with Six Sigma methodologies and DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) approach.,Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Minitab or similar.,Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to drive continuous improvement.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.,Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing processes and equipment is a plus.
