📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding.,Administer and maintain employee records, including personal data, performance evaluations, and benefits.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees to support their professional growth.,Handle employee relations, including grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions when necessary.,Oversee employee benefits and compensation packages, ensuring they are competitive and in line with company policies.,Coordinate with management to ensure HR strategies align with business goals and objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a senior HR role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
