📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the design, construction, and maintenance of structural steel components for various projects.
  • Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
  • Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to ensure compliance with design specifications and industry standards.
  • Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and reports.
  • Mentor and train junior engineers and project staff.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
  • Ensure health and safety compliance on construction sites.
  • Manage project documentation and ensure all regulatory requirements are met.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in structural steel engineering and construction.
  • Strong understanding of structural steel design codes and standards (e.g., AISC, Eurocode).
  • Proficiency in using engineering software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and ETABS.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to project sites.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
