📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and standards.,Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in the kitchen.,Supervise and train junior commis chefs and kitchen staff.,Ensure the availability of ingredients and supplies for cooking.,Monitor food costs and inventory levels.,Participate in menu planning and development.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Commis Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of working in a professional kitchen environment.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with local and international cuisines.,Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.,Valid food handler's certificate and other relevant certifications.
