📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to promote our marine spare parts, equipment, and ship solutions.
  • Identify and target potential customers and business opportunities in the marine industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to drive sales growth.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Manage and optimize the company's marketing budget to maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and promotions.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends to senior management.
  • Participate in industry events and trade shows to showcase our products and services.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the marine industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong knowledge of market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs in the marine industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in using sales and marketing software and tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
