📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage production processes to ensure efficient and effective operations.,Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of projects.,Conduct regular quality checks to maintain high standards of production.,Train and develop production staff to improve their skills and performance.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless production workflows.,Maintain accurate records of production activities and performance metrics.,Address and resolve production issues promptly to minimize downtime.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the manufacturing or production industry.,Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.,Proficiency in using production management software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to travel to the office as needed.
