📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement learning and development programs to support the professional growth of employees.,Create and deliver training materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and webinars.,Assess employee performance and provide feedback to help them improve and reach their full potential.,Collaborate with managers and team members to identify training needs and develop solutions.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Measure the effectiveness of learning and development initiatives and make data-driven decisions to improve them.,Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.,Support the implementation of the company's learning and development strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, with a focus on creating engaging and effective learning experiences.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Experience with e-learning platforms and tools, such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or Moodle.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels of the organization.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to measure the effectiveness of learning and development initiatives.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
