📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of logistics operations, including inventory management, procurement, and distribution.
  • Ensure timely and efficient delivery of medical supplies and equipment to various departments within the hospital.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize logistics processes and reduce costs.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels to prevent shortages or excess stock.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to negotiate favorable terms and ensure reliable supply of medical products.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse and transportation teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the healthcare industry.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with various departments and stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve logistics issues.
  • Familiarity with healthcare regulations and standards is a plus.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
