📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Coordinate and manage logistics operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.,Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.,Monitor inventory levels and manage stock to prevent shortages or excess inventory.,Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and transportation providers to ensure smooth logistics operations.,Track and analyze logistics data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.,Manage and supervise a team of logistics staff, providing guidance and support as needed.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all logistics activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
