📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs and materials to meet the needs of employees and the organization.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training and development opportunities.,Deliver training sessions and workshops to employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to align training programs with business objectives.,Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in training and development.,Provide ongoing support and mentorship to employees to facilitate their professional growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with training management systems and tools.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
