Space Spot Indonesia is looking for a skilled IT Support professional to join our team in Sumedang. This is an urgent position, and we are seeking someone who can start immediately. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT support, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for technology.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks.,Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.,Manage and maintain IT systems, including servers, workstations, and peripherals.,Ensure the security and integrity of IT systems and data.,Provide training and support to end-users on new IT systems and technologies.,Document IT processes and procedures for future reference.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Good understanding of IT security principles and practices.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is a plus.
