📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct job analysis and develop job descriptions and specifications.

• Screen and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.
• Schedule and conduct interviews, including phone screens, in-person interviews, and assessments.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to gather feedback and make hiring decisions.
• Manage the recruitment lifecycle from initial contact to onboarding and integration.
• Utilize recruitment tools and software such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, and Workday.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the maritime or logistics industry.
• Proven track record of successful recruitment and onboarding.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and tools.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
