The Fleet Coordinator will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of our fleet, ensuring efficient and safe transportation services. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good condition and ready for use.,Coordinate with drivers and ensure they are properly trained and certified.,Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and ensure timely repairs and servicing.,Track vehicle usage and fuel consumption to optimize costs and efficiency.,Handle vehicle scheduling and dispatching to meet operational requirements.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Manage and maintain vehicle documentation and records.,Provide support and assistance to the operations team as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.,Familiarity with fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license and good driving record.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages.
