📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Coordinate with department heads to identify training needs and objectives.,Create and deliver training materials, including manuals, presentations, and workshops.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.,Provide feedback and support to employees to ensure they achieve their training goals.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Assist in the management and coordination of training budgets and resources.,Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant training software.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
