📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the procurement process, including vendor evaluation and selection.,Maintain and update procurement records and documents.,Support the procurement team in negotiating contracts and agreements.,Monitor inventory levels and reorder supplies as needed.,Assist in the preparation of purchase orders and invoices.,Provide support in the preparation of reports and presentations for management.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of procurement strategies.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in procurement or related fields.,Strong understanding of procurement processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Familiarity with Indonesian procurement regulations and practices.,Ability to speak and write in Indonesian and English is a plus.
