📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement compliance programs and policies to ensure adherence to all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Monitor and review business activities to identify and mitigate compliance risks.
  • Conduct audits and investigations to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Provide guidance and advice to business units on compliance matters.
  • Collaborate with legal teams and regulatory bodies to ensure that Macquarie Group's operations are conducted in a compliant manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in laws, regulations, and industry best practices to ensure that our compliance programs are effective and relevant.
  • Prepare and present reports to senior management on compliance-related matters.
  • Ensure that all employees are aware of and comply with Macquarie Group's compliance policies and procedures.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a compliance-related role, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian laws, regulations, and regulatory bodies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.
  • Certification in compliance-related fields is a plus.
