Fresh Up Berjaya is looking for a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to join our team in Jimbaran, Bali. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the branch, managing the team, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.,Manage and mentor a team of employees, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.,Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance and customer satisfaction.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Manage the branch budget, including monitoring expenses and revenue.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to employees.,Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in the retail or hospitality industry.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving branch performance.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
