📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning, coordination, and implementation of operational activities.,Monitor and evaluate operational performance to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.,Develop and maintain standard operating procedures to improve operational processes.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless operations.,Manage and optimize the use of resources to enhance productivity.,Conduct regular audits and reviews of operational processes to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Provide operational support to senior management as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using operational management software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
