📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including coordinating interviews and maintaining candidate records.,Support the HR team in administrative tasks such as employee onboarding, offboarding, and data maintenance.,Assist in the preparation and distribution of HR documents, such as contracts, policies, and forms.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Assist in the organization and coordination of employee training and development programs.,Support the HR team in maintaining a positive and productive work environment.,Assist in the resolution of employee-related issues and concerns.,Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Fluency in Indonesian, both written and spoken.,Basic understanding of HRIS systems is a plus.
