Asset Management Staff (Shipyard)

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and maintain asset records using SAP and Excel
• Conduct regular asset inspections and maintenance schedules
• Analyze asset performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement cost-saving measures
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
• Prepare and present asset management reports to senior management
• Stay updated with the latest developments in asset management practices and technologies
• Assist in the development and implementation of asset management strategies

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in asset management, preferably in a shipyard or manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of SAP and Excel
• Certification in asset management or a related field is a plus
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages
